Might any of you have suggestions for an application that can provide more ‘object’ info that just the coordinates..?

We need on that can provide _fairly_ accurate square area information for any of several mouse drawn irregular shapes - even if only one at a time.

By contrast, Claris/AppleWorks’ “Object Info” will provide the outer edge limits of, say an oval, but that info defines the enclosing rectangle not the enclosing curve.

We need one yesterday (right.!.) for..:
- - classic 9.x or less;
- - supporting multiple layers preferred;
- - 2D only necessary;
- - reasonably priced..!

don't know of anything like that in the graphic design realm. perhaps there's a cad application that does what you need.
