I need help understanding ..... I want to make gifs. I also have GifBuilder. I understand it works well with Photoshop, I just don't understand how to do the tasks. I need help.

You could output a number of frames as GIF files, and then string the together with Stone GIFfun <- a pretty fool-proof app for this sort of thing

Thank you for your feedback. Primarily I want to learn how to make gifs the Photoshop Elements way. I know it can't be so difficult. If you know how to go through the steps, would you consider helping me? I have a picture ready to work with. Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration, sweetsuzeq

There are step by step tutorials in the help file for Photoshop Elements. Just search in the help file for gifs.
