If have spent ages searching and can't seem to anything relating directly to this so I thought I'd try here. Does anyone know of a tutorial or can give instructions on how to create the flat aqua buttons as seen in Safari and the Finder amongst other places. More specifically I am trying to work out how to create the reflection. A good online example of what I'm talking about is the navigation bar on the MacFreak site.

That's actually very easy. Simply make a button of a light grey background. Add a layer and shade just the UPPER region of it That's basically it.

A good tutorial on Aqua is http://killer-bunnies.com/auquabutton.php
Another good one you should check out -

Thanks,
There's a little more detail in it which is what I'm unsure about though. If you look carefully on the left the shading goes down, on the right it goes up, this is ok but the right also has a little bit of dark shading... I guess I could work out how to do it. I was just trying to be lazy hoping someone would have some sort of step-by-step guide like normal aqua button.
