Currently I just eye-ball it .... so I was wondering ....

say I have four horizontal lines (EXACTLY identical to each other via duplication) .....

how would I line up these four lines evenly apart?

http://www.cadcourse.com/winston/Ima...0INI/LINES.gif

^ like how those lines are evenly spaced.

is there a way to make sure it's PERFECTLY spaced apart?

thanks for any help

when duplicating a line, or anything, you can move it by tapping the arrow keys and counting the number of taps. 17 taps equals 17 pixels. if you hold shift each tap will be 10 pixels. just count it, it aint rocket science!

What version of PS are you in?

Two Ways:
1) If you Link them all in the layers pallet..
. A) You can click on the "Distribute Verticle Centers" on the top bar (in CS).
. B) Or go to Layer-> Distribute Linked->Verticle Centers.

.

I'm using CS.

And how about ... if you want to make sure all the lines were at the same exact spots [left aligned]?

how i do it now is to create a vertical guide line, and just match it up against that .........
