Hi all,

I'm looking for some good, clean athletic photos (basketball, baseball, etc.) that could be used on a web site. I have found either bad photos for free, or good photos for about $70 each. I may be looking in the wrong places.

I'd like to find some good photos for less than $20 each. Any advice?

Thanks.

It's a bit more than I would like to spend. Any other suggestions?

Hey.

Here's another:

Also, dot-gov sites can be good. I've been going through http://www.photolib.noaa.gov/ like a blue whale through high-res, copyright free plankton.

And a last resort, try the library. With any luck they'll have a scanner and a selection of pre-1929 (2004 minus the 75 year copyright) illustrated books. Got me some yummy fish lithos and tree silhouettes.
