I need to print some layouts onto Letter sized paper. The layouts are either Tabloid or Tabloid Extra sized.

To print these documents, I've been using Page Setup to change the document to Letter sized and then resizing to 62.5 percent.

But I'm wondering... is there a better/faster way to do this?

if you're in photoshop, and most other applications, you should be able to just open the document, select "letter size" in page setup, then go to "Print with Preview" and check "scale to fit" and it should snap it down until it fits on the page.

Print Preview seems to be the ticket. But instead of clicking the 'Print' button which appears when you do this, I selected 'Print' from the File Menu instead. This brings up the resizing dialog.

Thanks for your help, Avenir!
