Sometimes in "Illustrator CS' find font" face icons appear instead of the regular font symbols. For example true type fonts have dead faces and open type fonts have faces with little o's. One of the IT guys thinks it might be corrupt fonts.
The "insert image" button isn't working now. I'll try to post my screenshot later. Meanwhile does my post sound familiar? Thanks.
