Small design firm, with 6 employees. Looking for a software solution that will allow us to manage clients, jobs, time and deadlines.

Anyone using anything sucessfully? We have looked at Filemaker Pro and it may work, but looking for any suggestions...

thanks in advance

FileMaker is an excellent low cost solution - robust as you want and secure. You will however need some help getting the modules built unless you have a DataBase hound in your ranks. I can't recommend anything else that would give you everything you want and be cross-platform compliant and have a more powerful user set with a fairly easy learning curve.

I must take one thing back. You do not have to get a consultant, you can build it yourself in FM7 but it will be slow going at first that is all. Be sure before you start to talk to your entire group who will be using it and find out what you want it to do.

We are a 2 person agency, and I currently use iBiz and iBank for the time tracking/billing/banking. It seems to work really well, but I'm not sure how it will handle a bigger firm.
