I am stuck using Quark 5 at a job I temp at... lately, I cannot always import Acrobat PDFs into Quark doc... I suspect it's 'cause the PDFs (supplied ads by clients) are version 7, 'cause version 6 Acrobat PDFs imprt just fine...

Any thoughts? comments?

We usually open the PDF and optimize it in Acrobat with nothing checked except Acrobat 5.0 compatibility. Checking other option can do nasty things to your PDF.
