HELP!!!!

I own a Mac G-5 and have created a document of various color squares, using Adobe.
I have an Epson 2200 printer and have tried and tried to get a printout which matches
what I see on my monitor. Does anyone here, including graphic designers who're familiar
with the G-5, Adobe and the Epson 2200 know how I should callibrate my monitor/printer to
get a truer color print out?

A few things:
- Generally Mac users call it a G5... not a G-5 (no big deal)
- Adobe makes numerous programs. Are you using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (or one of their other programs).
