A friend of mine sent me a picture. But he modified the way the picture looked and made it look somewhat of a strong sepia tone color. Is there a way that I can change it back to look normal? If not would it be possible to make change it at all to make it somewhat more visible and clear? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

its sounds to me like the pcicture would've lost a lot of its color information already, and that means its gone forever ..... however there's always ways to improve images somewhat. Why don't you link to the image so we can have a look at it?
