anyone knows how to make that pro look inside any software folder on your desktop? I mean, when I open a folder or a disk image I notice that in the background developers made an art with the logo and all in that space inside a folder... how did they do that? please let me know!

Assuming the folder is in icon view, go to View Options, and select This Window Only. At the bottom, there's an option for the background: white, color, or picture. If you click on picture, you can browse to the location of any picture (not sure what formats work, but I know that JPEG and PNG do).
I do not like those green links and spam.

You can make a disk image with Disk Utility, customize the background, and then burn that to a CD. The default view will be as you specified when someone else uses the CD. However, anyone can change the view on a CD (even commercially produced ones) to column view, for example, thereby destroying the background effects.

I addressed this very issue in another thread. Hope it helps.
