all youll ever need is a Kodak P880. i got one for my birthday and i love it. after you buy it, you need to do the firmware update that you can get on the site, its like a night and day differance with the camera
The Nikon P3 should work fine with your Mac. The vibration reduction it has should help with low light situations and the built in wi-fi should allow you to send pictures direct to the Mac without a cable. I have a Nikon D70s and I'm thinking of getting one of these for times when I don't want to tote the big camera. Good luck!
