So my work is cheap and wont let me upgrade to CS2 so Im stuck on 10. No biggie really, right? wrong.

How in the world do you transform uniformly in the transform pallette? In CS/2 there is a lock icon so you can enter values and it'll keep it in proportion. It's not in 10 and I wasted an hour googling for the answer. Now I have to finish it at home

I know how to scale uniformly a few different ways but this is driving me nuts. I found a few sites that said it was annoying to work around but they didnt list the damn fix!
