anyone used the converters from Markzware?
http://www.markzware.com/store_usa/utilities.php?
I had a lot of success years ago with the PageMaker to Quark converters but no recent experience. It used to be the more style sheets and tables were built the more rebuild was necessary. I would imagine it is the same now.

We have all hammered the which is better to death, not really interested in starting THAT non-discussion again . . .

so if we could keep it useful and on topic it would be appreciated.

I think I tried the batch converter from quark to indesign... I found that since even with a decent conversion, I'd still have to inspect each file for things that didn't convert (dotted lines, extra colors, etc) that it was just as easy to use the indesign drag n drop feature, no plugin necessary.

Did you get either of these Convertors? Was wondering if anyone had anymore input on the Quark 6 & 7 to InDesign CS2 one?

One of the companies I work for is looking to switch to InDesign but they have over 100 publications to convert templates across. Trying to work out if these work with any success or would it be better to start from the ground up.
