I'm not sure this is the best place to come asking for help with your pirated Photoshop. :/

I know folks have done this a low-tech way, open image in preview, zoom to desired size, and then take screenshot of new smaller image and save as jpg.

Just open the image in imageready. then go to the image menu, image size, then set the pixels to desired size, then when you save the file change the tag on the end of the filename to .jpg or if it is the trial and you have photoshop you could do the same thing but just go to save as and use the dropdown menu in the save window and select jpg or just go to save for web. Many of ways to do it I guess. If im wrong on this someone please correct me, but i think these mehtods work.
