First, you're only gonna get what you pay for, and you're only as good as your last job
If you buy a cheap printer for pro/semi-pro use, it's gonna spew out ameturish-home user-grade crap, and you will lose current and/or not gain any new clients. If you only do those prints for friends, family & yourself, then disregard the rest of this posting and get whatever printer you like
Get real and fork up the cash for a mid to upper line model, one that can do large prints (19 X 44+) reasonably fast and uses 6 or more archive-quality individual ink tanks..... ~$350-500 or so should do it.......
And yes, Epson's are really good in this range, as are HP's and Canon's. Do NOT buy an all-in-one or combo unit either, a single purpose machine is what you're after.
Go to the mfgr's websites, check the specs, get the model numbers, google them for tests & reviews, narrow your choices down some, check them out locally in person if at all possible, and finally, go online shopping for the best deal.
