Don't go with online logo design companies, they're a joke. Also, you company / business deserves proper attention with respect to branding -- online solutions will not provide that. They tend to be chop shops that will kick you logos their other 'clients' rejected.
Find a designer / design firm in your area to do the work. Alternatively, you could throw a line out to people here. There are many students, young designers who, from what I've seen, are quite talented.
