Huh? “New”? You’ve been here a year and a half, and even posted a (somewhat spam-like) thread in this very subforum before.

By “this forum”, do you mean MacNN as a whole, or just the Art & Graphic Design subforum? If the latter, there are a few stickies at the top of the thread listing. If the former, there isn’t one. Why should there have to be a newbie thread? There are the forum rules and guidelines (first in thread listings in all subforums), but that’s about it.
