Hey guys I work for
Disciple | Graphics and I am about to completely redesign the entire website.
I'm kind of stuck for ideas. I know the content sucks...I didn't put that up there and I hired a professional to redo content.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice to make the site more "sticky" and user friendly. The level of communication from my boss (as to the special offers he offers is none until after the fact) so generally specials that he emails out are two weeks late because he never tells me. Which puts me in a bind. So I was wondering ways to get past that. But any help will be appreciated.

Be as brutal to the design as you want as long as you have some way to help it. Also please don't bash the content haha
