yer i posted about back up quiestion in another thread, got my answer
well we have just been voted 2nd best in country to Central Saint Martins going off D&AD awards but aparently they submitted from 7 departments and we submitted from 1 and they only just beat us. Apparently CSM just take good graphic designers and put them in a dark room somewhere where as bucks takes good thinkers and makes them good graphic designers/advertisers, i knew non of this before going to uni, i just thought it sounded like a cool course
yer we have good links to industry, so far in year one we have had Williams Murry Ham give us 2 briefs, Zag give is another 2 live briefs and Mother gave us one plus more, suposedly if u walk into big agencies in london and frop that ur from Bucks u have alot better chance of seeing someone getting placement ect as its known that bucks are good and theres usually someone already working there from bucks.
yer bucks is a bit of a s$@t hole, espech when you come from the lovley city of York

the name of your school isn't worth diddly if your book sucks. focus on the work and skip over the 'my school vs. the other school' BS.
