QT4 mutes when switching to other apps?

I just installed QT4 on my B&W G3/350. I noticed while playing the "Garbage" video posted on Apple's web site that I lost the audio anytime I switched to a different app. Has anyone else experienced this?

Check preference on the Quicktime player. Make sure "play sound in the background" is checked
