If your Mac is behind a firewall/proxy that requires authentication, get QT4b22. The new Installer, as well as the Updater, now work perfectly. When you check "Use web proxy" you get the fields for the proxy address, like in b21, plus fields for user name and password.

I think the b22 Installer came a bit later than the rest, because when I downloaded it right after hearing about the new release, I still got the old b21 Installer.

There are still certain issues with some Proxy servers/systems

as an example, the proxy system used by the company I am contracting for, will cause the b22 installer to fail.

the proxy is a distributed MS Proxy set-up with 4 proxy servers sharing the load
(it's a challange and response set-up as well, which may be part of the problem)

I'm not sure of the details, but it gives the same errors as the original b21 installer (with my username & password entered)
