I just installed iMovie 1 after owning it for over a year and never touching it once. My uncle just lent us his digital camera and my brother is planning to use it for a school project.
The problem is that when I launch iMovie it gives me a warning message that I need the Firewire/Quicktime extension, and then promptly quits. Was this extension thrown up when installing Carbon Libraries (which I just recentrly did). At one time iMovie used to run on my computer and I can't think of any major changes that have happened recently.
Is there anotherway to grab the missing extension; I really don't want to download a new QT installer on a 56k.
