I'd like to know if there's a way in Aperture to 'stack' photos (camera on a tripod, take a picture with a person on the right of the frame, then take another photo with the person on the left of the frame and combine the two photos).

I'm having trouble searching because there's a thing in Aperture called Stacks but its not the same as stacking photos in for example Photoshop.

OK, maybe its better to say composite instead of stacking. I'm still not finding anything through Google though.

i dont use aperture but i know that it is similar to lightroom, which i do use. neither of these applications will let you composite images as they are not deep-pixel editors, but rather RAW editors and asset management apps. you will need a program that allows for layer masks in order to accomplish this task.
