Quick question regarding Fonts in OS X 10.1.+

Does OS X recognize any Macintosh font? or does it need to be converted in some fashion to work correctly?

Thanks

Yes osx recognizes 'mac' fonts natively.

The supported types are Mac / Windows postscript, Mac / Windows TrueType, and Windows Open Type.

Did you sort out that font thing, I just got system X and can't get any of the fonts to preview correctly, there doesn't seem to be an Adobe Type Manager for system X which would normally look after the previews.
