I presume the proliferation of the '1000's of tiny images to make up a big image' effect a few months back was due to a (then new) Photoshop Filter, what filter is used to create this effect? I thought is was in KPT6 but I was wrong.
Yes I now the affect got totally over used, but it's what the client wants.

It looks like there are a few different applications to do it, some might be PS plug-ins, have a browse and see if you like anything there. Good luck!
