well, no offense, but you really shouldn't be asking questions in a public forum about illegally obtained software....I would assume its because all your old documents were made for a calibrated os 9 document and not you have a new color setting with X, it'll probably do that for a while. under color settings you can turn off warn me if color profile mismatch or something.
