it's not cheap ($109 for 10 issues), only about 16 pages long. but has some great tips when dealing with difficult clients, and general information on how to run your creative business.
It also comes with free telephone support (which we use quite a bit). if you are ever in a weird situation with a client, you can call them up and get some advice on how to handle it, or just another perspective.
