I found this program the other day on Version Tracker. The results are quite good.

A am however experienced with Alpa channels. Everytime I try and see my results in naything other than Preview, the Alpa channel seems to drop to black. Anyone able to get this to outbput to a file that could be used as a desktop Icon with the transparancies intact?
