I don't know if anyone can help me but…
I have Photoshop 6.0.1 and I use it pretty often. However, when I launch it the first time, everything works fine, but if I quit and restart Photoshop, I get an error and I have to restart. The error is one of those Error type error and aren't that important. I deleted my prefs and it would work fine, but then if I didn't it would not work at all. I've allotted memory to the app, maybe I should change the scratch disk? Any ideas?

have you gotten any new hardware since you started getting errors? scanner and printer driver/software can be the cause

uninstall photoshop, delete everything photoshop related and re-install

zap the pram, rebuild the desktop to see if that works

how much ram are you allocating PS? how much in your system?
are you sure that the system is reclaiming the RAM after you originally quit photoshop?
