font with a scientific 7

Okay, so I write my 7's with an extra line through them like most physical scientists like myself do. Do you know of any screen-worthy font that has this extra swash on the 7? Is there way to modify an existing font to add it? Sure, it sounds stupid, but I think it would be kinda cool

Funny, I've wondered the same thing as I too put slashes through both my 7's and my z's. Unfortunately, I have yet to find any fonts with this characteristic.
