Fisrt of all, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum.
I have just got a Wacom Graphire2 and when I open Photoshop 6 it works just the same as when I use the mouse...none of the brushes have any pressure support...I'm I doing something wrong or is PS6 not supported?

When you select a brush on the top right corner you will see a brush button. If you press this it will appear a dialog which has 3 options.Sorry I can't remember them.I'm on 7. Each of the options has a tab.If you choose one of those you will find a pressure sensitivity tab. All 3 have those.
Sorry for sketchy description but I have upgraded and I can't remember them quite well. But I bet you will understand what I'm saying and you'll find it.

Hey Msc!
I have just got the set, and hooked it up...hate to say it, but it seems to work for me in Photoshop 6, I haven't tried anything else though...
Make sure you have the set up and sensitivities right in the Wacom application... and set it to apply to all applications. I had a few difficulties to start with but messing around with the control panel seemed to sort them out....(there was an adobe folder on the install CD perhaps that has something in it that could help?)
Have to say I'm finding it all abit weird though...its going to take some getting used to I think...so much for fantastic creations!
Drop me an email tell me if you sort it/how you find it...
Marc

O.k marc don't scare the guy.The whole problem is that he didn't set upt the tablet. If he does what I said it's gonna be o.k. Ofcourse msc I take it for granted that you gave some time setting up the control panels of the tablet and then starting to mess with photoshop

Sorry! didn't mean to scare anyone...I'm actually having a few probs sorting the sensitivities out in Illustrator
As we have bought the wacoms on the same day, msc and myself have sorted out a bit of a contest... week long, open topic...we figured as we were Wacom newbies we wouldn't embarrass ourselves to much!
Incidentally, I've been using the tablet all night now and it feels so natural...the first few hours were strange but, as the night is going on I'm kicking myself that I didn't switch ages ago
Peace,
Marc
