Has anyone been able to import video clips from imovie of FCP into Corel Painter. And using the frame stacks to draw oveer the video? I read an article in computer videomaker magazine about i, but I cannot figure out how to get the dv clip into painter. i emailed Corel but never got a response. I also emailed the magazine and they could not get in touch with the guy who wrote the article. Thanks

I definitly remember that Avid video-editor that came free with the first powermacs had two plugins (one for PS and one for Painter) called FilmStrip (import and export). When used it would create a looong image with the frames either stacked horisontal or vertical. So beware when using this with DV streams over a split-second
