Hi I really need a cartoonish looking spider web graphic and I really suck at drawing so does anyone know where I can get one from, seen one anywhere??

Well, a lot of stock photo companies (like PhotoDisc) sell stock illustrations, too ... so they're probably a good place to start. Good luck!
