I saw this news yesterday also and could not believe it. I think the committee of judges is run by PC'ers. If you check the last couple of years you'll see that last years winner as TImes New Roman, and prior to that Arial won the previous two years in a row.

Just kidding - but it is a sad state of affairs when HELVETICA wins a font competition when there iare so many other good, creative, quality fonts being produced around the world.
