What happened to "Object" menu from Fireworks 3?

	This question is outdated I'm sure, but I recently started using Firewoks 4, and quickly noticed that I couldn't find the Object menu that was available is version 3! The menu I'm referring to is where you apply transparency effects (multiply, screen, darken, lighten and especially Aplha opacity!). I did a search with the online help, but the only reference I could find was to making GIFs "transparent" as an output option. How do I apply transparency now? Help is certainly appreciated!
