Of course the cynic in me hears 'fleece the customers before we stiff them full upgrade price for PSX'

Hmmmmm. I'm wondering if they've got something up thier sleeve planned for the SF Mac World Expo in January.

Usually most software companies will offer a rebate if you purchase real close to the upgrade date. So if there really is something going on I'd probably jump on the PS 6 upgrade around the 1st of January. Then get the PS for OSX update after the expo, probably for a very low cost.

I'm starting to think QuarkXPress 5 won't be released until the expo either. There was rumor that it would come out this fall, but all I still see is the Beta tryout on thier website. I just wish they could port it over to OSX by then.
