Hi everybody, just wondering if anyone could help me out picking a new scanner. I currently have an 'Epson Perfection 610' which I have been happy with. But I want to get one with more optical dpi, the Epson is 600x2400, but I was after one about 1200x2400 dpi.
I have been eyeing a canon, not sure the model but it's the one up from the completly silver one. Do canon make a good scanner, the thiness of them seems to go to be true. Also HP has a new range out with simpler specs, but two scan heads, so the low end res is as quick as the high end.
Whats your thoughts, any others? I do know agfa make a good scanner and comes with great scanning software, but they are out of my price range.
