Graphic Converter can't open PhotoCD files

I've upgraded to OS 10.1 and somehow I can't open PhotoCD files in Graphic Converter for X.

I can open those files no problem in Photoshop in Classic environment.

Anyone has an idea why?

Make sure you have the "Photo CD Access" extension installed...

Sorry but I'm new to Mac (this is my first Mac) - where can I find this Photo CD Access extension? Is it specifically for Graphic Converter? I ask this question as I don't have problem opening the file in Photoshop.
