Rainbow colored borders on JPEGs

Does anyone have an idea how the rainbow colored borders on the JPEGs on the site below were done?I need to match them,any info would be greatly appreciated.

sure, (in Photoshop) just make a rectangular selection, use the gradient tool, select one of the rainbow gradients, fill the rectangle in (go diagonally).
now goto Select : Modify : Contract. Contract it by 1 or 2 pixels. now delete the selection.
