Illustrator 10 batch problem

	Hi, I have a problem converting a folder of AI files to EPS 9 using the Illustrator 10 batch command. 1. if recording the "Save as" command along with a sample file, the file's name gets recorded and all the files are saved with this file name. So I end up with just one (the last) file converted. 2. if inserting the command "Save as", there is always a save dialog opening, so I have to specify EPS instead of AI, then specify EPS 9 and finally confirm that I want to use an older format. Not much of a "batch" process. Can anyone help me here? Thanks!
