So I tried these tweaks.

1
2

I have no clue if #2 is working cause I still get the same speeds.

For #1 I get stuck on step 2, the kernel part. When I enter the sudo commands I end up w/ this.

sudo sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.rcvspace=224360
Password:
net: class is not implemented

the second step of step works tho
[sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.delayed_ack=1]

Any helps and /or suggestion are welcome.

Thx in Advance

:edit:

I regularly get 152/40 but am supposed to get 1.5/128.
I don't mind much but when I see the #'s drop from 300 > 152 I know something is up.

You're missing an 'e' in #1. It should be...

sudo sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.recvspace=224360
