BootCD for Panther, anyone?

I am a sysadmin in a major university. More or less the default Mac guy. I built some *really* nice Classic troubleshooting CDs but now that we are rolling out Panther I am a bit irked.

Namely, BootCD got b0rked for Panther. Further, OS X requires a lot of fluid space and BootCD only accomplished this with a RAM disk- slooow to boot and not the best option.

So:
How do I go about making a CD/DVD such as this for Panther (and Jaguar) volumes.

Not sure if it works for Panther, but you can try to follow these instructions to create a Boot CD.
The bless man page looks interesting too...
