I disagree. I own a qps que firewire cdr that worked very well. I had a few minor glitches, but nothing compared to other brands.

While I can't say outright that their products suck, I will say that their customer support sucks royally. It took me *months* of e-mail and phone tag with their customer support staff to get authorization to return a product for repair under warranty.
