It reminds me of a Saturday Night Live bit where Picaso is drunk at a restaurant and just scribbles on anything and say "here you go" for payment.

If I was super rich, I'd buy it just so I could take it back to my local Costco and ask for my $39,999.99 refund. Then buy a huge box of M&M's and whatever tacky lawn decorations they might have for sale at the time.
