The DVD for the 2nd half of Season 2 is listed on Amazon for US$32.49. No complete release of Season 2 so far, apparently they want us to buy both halves. No discount for buying both either - total would be US$67.34 today.
Release date is September 19, 2006.

I already bought 2.0, so it's just as well for me.

I guess they did take something special out of Starbuck in the farm episode if she has a baby she didn't know she had.

It looks like the man introducing Starbucks baby to her is the cylon model she tortured!

The director/producer is from Mississauga.

Based on the clip it seems that boomer considers herself human???!
Do you think all human model cylons were based on real people that they replaced?

Why would they clone humans though? I thought they are interested in cross breading.

if you cloned someone you could have zillions of copies to experiment with and create your hybrid cylon... then when you finalize it, you can clone that as needed when it dies. The cylons bleed, share structure... need to eat... is the only mechanical aspect of them the spine? blood? are they like a parasite in a human body? what???

I just hope this season doesn't into something like what V, the series turned into. I thought last season's ending was pretty darned good - perhaps too good to come back from without getting ridiculous.

I think there is a lot of growth/story potential with where they left off w/ the season finale...
The trailer gives me hope that they are continuing down the same path as season 1 and 2.

Agreed.
This is in stark contrast to The 4400, which ended very stupidly last year, and then began this year's season very stupidly too.

Yeah 4400 wouldn't be nearly as interesting if anything else was on right now.
