Not Einstein Tech N9ne by Tech N9NE, but the other Einstein song that sounds like a german song since I think they are singing in german or something. I heard it in a strip club.

Being an 70's/80's teenager, I'll hazard a guess at
'Einstein-a-go-go' by Landscape, from the album "From the Tea-Rooms of Mars ...To the Hell-Holes of Uranus" released 1981.
