AdForum charges to view Apple's Ads!

	www.adforum.com There was an ad for them on my dev site for AppleAds.com, and they charge $40/month to download Apple's Ads! or $300/year or $5/Ad or $25 for it on CD-ROM PER AD!! Do they licence it from Apple or something?
