I'm kind of a news junky and I'd like some news links from various countries like yours.

national, local, television etc. English language as that is all I can read. and free without logging on or signing up for membership (real drag).

I just snatched up the Austraiian Herald Sun link from another thread.

Love the BBC and CBC news sites.

Another Australian one is www.ninemsn.com.au, which is the NINE ::: TV Network with MSN.

Another good news source is The Christian Science Monitor. Don't be misled by its name; it really doesn't have any religious bent. It's got solid reporting and intelligent analysis, plus reviews. Published in Boston, it covers US national and international news.
